PET Bottle (Recycling Post-Consumer Packaging)
Most of the people thoughts that this most valuable plastic is already well recycled. As a matter of fact, the rejection rate from bottle to bottle recycling industry still up to 40%. It’s because of the collected PET that goes to the industry are contaminated in collection process.
Our SolutionWe're working with Danone Aqua to increase PET collection rate and decrease the rejection rate while giving impact to local waste stakeholders in BALI. We connect to local waste stakeholders to build our ecosystem, We build a healthier PET trading ecosystem with certain pricing and quality standard. Our AI technologies giving price recommendation to our Checkpoints based on current virgin material price, local market price and any other factors that could impact the price. With this method we have decrease rejection rate from 40% to 1.8% in only 6 months of operation. We provide DRS mechanism to our user and collection incentives to Pelestari & Checkpoints.

Used Diapers (Upcycling Post-consumer product)
Used diapers has been the most problem in the landfill, as you may recall that in early 2019 there are 3 containers of imported waste in Indonesia contains of used diapers. This is the problem that urgently need to be solved in Indonesia. Softex Indonesia Upcycling facility would like to increase their collection from 3 tons/month to 5.2 tons/month for their pilot project.
Our SolutionWe're working with Softex Indonesia under Kimberly & Clarks to collect used diapers from consumer to get upcycle on their facilities in Bandung, West Java. We're setting a standard operating procedure for our PELESTARI when they collect used diapers. We're giving DRS incentive to the responsible consumer that dispose their used diapers through our platforms. Our routing technology help PELESTARI efficiently collect from Consumer to the upcycling facility. Our goal is to increase upcycling rate of used diapers.
